The Fellowship Program provides financial aid so that women who want to actively participate in Impact100 Garden State but don't have the means to do so can still share their talents with us. The program ensures that our membership includes women with a wide range of socioeconomic and demographic backgrounds and varied life experiences and perspectives.

Fellowship Funders are individuals or organizations that want to provide women the opportunity of Impact100 Garden State membership. A $1,000 or $500 Fellowship can be donated by credit card, through donor-advised funds, or by a check mailed to Impact100 Garden state, PO Box 2114, Morristown, NJ 07962-2114, Attention Fellowship Program. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:

  • Fellowships are funded by Impact100 Garden State members or organizations that contribute $1,000 or $500 to sponsor a Fellow.
  • Candidates for a Fellowship will be interviewed by the Fellowship subcommittee of our Membership team to assess their interest in joining Impact100 Garden State as active members, learn about their skills and talents, and ascertain the level of financial support needed.
  • Fellowship recipients will have full membership privileges and their identity as Fellows will be confidential to ensure recipients have the full experience of membership and every opportunity to participate equally with all other members.
  • Fellowship recipients will be funded for one grant cycle, with a possibility of renewal for those interested.
  • The application process will be on a rolling basis.
  • The number of Fellowships awarded each year is dependent upon qualified applicants and funding availability.

Eligibility requirements include the following:

  • Women who have a philanthropic mindset and are interested in the work of Impact100 Garden State
  • Financial need (unable to personally fund full membership fee)
  • At least 21 years old
  • Willing to bring time and talent, voice and leadership to Impact committees
  • Available to attend meetings and events
  • Willing to complete a self-review of their participation and experience at the conclusion of the Fellowship
  • Live or work within our catchment area: Morris, Somerset, Union, Sussex, Passaic counties
