The Birth Haven II program will provide structured, in-home therapeutic supportive services and short-term rental assistance to formerly homeless mothers with young children, who have moved into their own apartments after leaving Birth Haven, a temporary shelter.

Holistic Healing for Survivors of Trauma

DASI’s Holistic Healing Program will provide trauma informed care through a variety of modalities to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and human trafficking. After year one, DASI envisions a Holistic Healing Center where survivors and the general public can come together for healing and where survivors can work, building needed job skills.

We will hire a Job Coach and launch The Impact Café, a gourmet coffee kiosk run by people with disabilities that ‘pops-up’ across Northern New Jersey, upending preconceptions about people with disabilities, creating new jobs, and inspiring inclusive employment practices.
